Admins can un-publish reviews for employees in their organisation from within the ‘Review Panel’.
When un-publishing as an admin following cases are possible -
- Unpublishing from status ‘Published to Employee’ → would unpublish results from both manager and employee, updated review status would be ‘Manager Submitted’.
- Unpublishing from status ‘Published to Manager’ → would unpublish reviews from manager only, updated review status would be ‘Manager Submitted’.
This action may not be available in the following cases -
- If the results have not been published - If the review has previously not been published to the employee or manager, manager would not be able to take this action.
- Results have been acknowledged - once published, reviewee has to acknowledge the review result. All actions from the manager are blocked after the employee acknowledges their result.
- Review is completed - if the due date in the review timeline has passed this action may not be available.
Un-publish results
Step 1: Navigate to Company Reviews page based on your use case
Navigate to company's reviews - Mesh home → Company → Reviews → Choose intent 'I want to manage reviews'
Step 2: From the list of employees in the review cycle, locate the employee you’d like to un-publish reviews for
Make sure you’re looking at the correct review cycle, you can switch between review cycles from the dropdown on top of the Team, Organisation Tree, or Company pages
Step 3: Clicking on their name should open the ‘Review Panel’ for them, specific to that review
Step 4: From the primary dropdown on the top right of the panel click on ‘Unpublish’ to perform the said action
