If a colleague nominates you as a peer or a dotted line manager for a review cycle, you have the option to participate in that review.
Accepting the nomination implies you agree to write their peer or dotted line manager review for that cycle. You'll only see the form to fill answers after accepting the nomination. On the other hand, rejecting the nomination means you decline to write their review.
However, in review cycles where an admin disables this setting nominations are automatically accepted once made.
In both cases, the reviewee is notified of your decision.
Accepting or rejecting a nomination
Step 1: Navigate to ‘Me’ → ‘Reviews’
Step 2: In the 'Review Details' section, locate the colleague you’d like to accept or reject a nomination from
Make sure you’re looking at the right review cycle, in case of multiple review cycles
Step 3: Once located, click on kebab menu agains their nomination request
Click on Accept or Reject based on your decision
The reviewee, both peer and dotted line manager, is notified of your action on their nomination request.
