Self review is the process of evaluating ones own performance. This article covers what to expect when undertaking a self review on Mesh -
Finding your self review
Self reviews, on Mesh, are mandatory for all review cycles. That is - a self review form for you would automatically be created when you’re added to a new review cycle as a participant, by an admin.
However, if you’re only nominated for a peer or dotted line manager review for a cycle (and not added as a participant) your role stays limited to only that.
Step 1: Navigate to ‘My Reviews’ - this page stores all your pending actions in all review cycles
Mesh Home → Me → Reviews Choose intent → 'I want to manage reviews pending on me'
Step 2: Scroll down to find the list of all items pending on you
In this list, you should be able to locate your self review. Make sure you’re looking at the right review cycle.
Step 3: Click on the self review item to open the review form and start filling
Filling your self review
When filling your self review you can -
- Manage your goal weightage - If admins have chosen to set different goal weightages rather than equal weightage for all goals, you'll find the 'Goal Weightage Panel' in the goals section. From there, you can easily view or modify the distribution based on your access permissions.
- Context - To simplify review context and make filling a review easy, you can also access your Goals, Initiatives, Feedback, and 1:1s from within the review form. Remember, only items active or performed during the review period are shown.
