You can create a 1:1 via multiple ways on Mesh.
Creating a 1:1 from the left navigation panel
Step 1: Hover on the Add button at the bottom of the left side navigation panel.
Step 2: In the options that follow as a dropdown, select Add a 1:1.
The Create 1:1 panel will open up.
Step 3: Type & search to add the name of the team member in the ‘select participant’ field
Your relationship with the team member(Direct Team Member / Skip Team Member) will get auto-populated in the relationship field.
Step 4: Optionally, you can sync your calendar so that any 1:1 scheduled on Mesh is also reflected in your Google or Microsoft Outlook calendars.
Step 5: To set up the schedule select the date, time and duration of the first occurrence.
Step 6: Select the frequency of the 1:1s to create a recurring schedule.
After selecting the date (assuming the selected date is a Friday) , you can see 4 options :
- Weekly on Friday
- Biweekly on Friday
- Monthly on Friday
- Custom : Allows you to define the frequency in terms of week or month and a specific day or date respectively.
Step 7: Click ‘Submit’ to create the 1:1
Note: As soon as you submit the 1:1 the other participant will receive the invitation communication.

Creating a 1:1 from the 1:1 Page
You can also create 1:1s from the 1:1 page, where you can access a list of the existing 1:1s that have been already setup with your colleagues.
To create a 1:1 from the 1:1s page,.
Step 1: Navigate to manage team 1:1s
Mesh Home → Team → Direct Team → 1:1s → Choose intent 'I want to manage 1:1s'

Step 2: The 1:1s Manage page will open, showing a list of your 1:1s with your team, for a specified timeline.
Step 3: Click on Add new . The Create 1:1 panel will open up.
Simply follow steps 3 to 7 in the section above to setup a 1:1.
