Spotlight search is a platform wide feature that helps you -
- Quickly find workflows, such as ‘how to create a goal’, ‘ how to add a 1:1’ etc
- Quickly access your (everybody) and your organisation’s settings (admins)
- Easily find people in your organisation
- Find and rewatch onboarding tours if you’d like a recap
All of this in one place without any friction.
How can I start using spotlight search?
While on Mesh, on any page, just click on the Search icon on the primary navigation. This should make the spotlight search feature appear for you to start using it.
You can either search for a particular action or scroll through the list of recommended actions.
Finding workflows
From creating goals to finding reviews you are yet to fill - Spotlight Search on Mesh Maven makes navigating the platform easier. Simply search for and select the action you’d like to perform. Maven would automatically take you to the right place for quick access.

Looking to plugin or find a particular setting but on a time crunch? Spotlight Search makes it easy to find what you’re looking for. Simply enter what setting you’d like to change or view, or select from the available list of recommendations.
