Continuous feedback can be a great tool for individual development plans as well as bringing transparency to a team.
Here’s how you can view feedback you’ve shared -
Viewing received praise/advice
Step 1: Navigate to the ‘My Feedback’ section to begin
Mesh Home → Me → Competencies → Choose intent 'I want to view feedback shared by me'
Step 2: Click on the ‘Shared by me’ pill to view received feedback
Click on any shared feedback for expanded view.
Who can see feedback I’ve shared?
When you share feedback you can choose for it to be visible to
- everybody else in the organisation (public)
- only receiver and their manager (receiver and manager)
- only receiver (only receiver)
- only their manager (only manager)
