Admins can gauge the effectiveness of 1:1s between individuals and their manager/skip-manager by enabling a question that comes at the end of the 1:1 instance:
“On a scale of 1-5, how beneficial was your 1:1 meeting with your manager/skip-manager today?”
The answer of this which is given by the direct and indirect report is scaled to a score of 100 called the Satisfaction Score.
Enabling/ Disabling 1:1 Satisfaction Question:
Step 1: Navigate to 1:1 Settings
Mesh Home → Company → 1:1 → Choose intent 'I want to configure 1:1s for my organization'
Step 2: On the Settings tab under 1:1 Settings , you will be able to see the option to enable or disable the 1:1 Satisfaction Score question.
