Enabling/ Disabling Mesh Maven bot for 1:1:

Step 1: Navigate to 1:1 Settings

Mesh Home → Company → 1:1 → Choose intent 'I want to configure 1:1s for my organization'

Step 2: On the Settings tab under 1:1 Settings , you will be able to see the option to enable or disable Mesh Maven for your organisation's 1:1 meetings.

Step 3: Click on the Save button at the bottom of your page to save your changes.

Privacy and Access:

The transcription and meeting summaries generated by Mesh Maven are accessible only to the participants of the respective 1:1 meeting.
Admins or managers of managers do not have access to the transcription or meeting summary.
However, they can view insights extracted from the meeting, such as sentiment analysis and topic distribution.
