Customising competency level labels in Mesh
Mesh allows you to customise competency level labels according to your organisation's needs. This feature lets you define the range for each label, providing a more tailored approach to performance assessment. You can access and set these labels organisation-wide from the competency settings.
Default Labels and Ranges
If you haven't customised your labels, Mesh provides default ones along with their corresponding ranges:
- No segment: Range from 0 to just below 25, labeled as "Not enough data."
- 1st: Range from 25 to just below 50, labeled as "Starting."
- 2nd: Range from 50 to just below 75, labeled as "Building."
- 3rd: Range from 75 to just below 100, labeled as "Skilled."
- 4th: Range from 100 to 100, labeled as "Excelled."
By customising these labels and ranges, you can align competency assessments more closely with your organisation's performance standards and goals.
How to customise competency levels
Step 1: Navigate to competency settings
Mesh Home → Company → Competencies → Choose intent 'I want to configure competency for my organization'
Step 2: Scroll down to the ‘Competency Levels’ section
Step 3: Change labels, values. or add new ones based on your requirements
Step 4: Once you’re satisfied, click ‘Save’ to apply the updated settings
