On Mesh, it is a breeze to view your progress on a competency. Additionally, you can add update their progress and/or add comments to their progress through easy check-ins.
Here’s how you can check into your competencies -
Competency check-ins
Step 1: Navigate to your competency page
Mesh Home → Me → Competencies → Choose intent 'I want to manage competencies'
Step 2: Here from the list of all competencies, find the competency you’d like to add a check-in for
Step 3: Click on the competency you’d like to add a check-in to, this would open the competency side-panel for the same
Step 4: Use the ‘Check-in’ section of the panel to perform the action
From the competency panel, you can choose to update level for the said competency and/or add comments. You can choose to only add comments as well.
