Viewing feedback on your competencies – Mesh.ai

Continuous feedback is a great tool for colleagues to share praise or advice. You can view feedback you receive for each competency. However, you can only view feedback with visibility set -

Everybody else in the organisation (public)
Only you and your manager (receiver and manager)
Only you (only receiver)

That is they wouldn’t be able to see shared feedback that is set for only your manager to see.

Here’s how to find feedback for on your competencies

Step 1: Navigate to your competency page

Mesh Home → Me → Competencies → Choose intent 'I want to manage competencies'

Step 2: Click on the competency you’d like to view feedback for, this would open the competency side-panel for the same

Step 4: Scroll to the ‘Praise/Advice’ section in the panel

Here you can find all feedback you have received for the said competency. Additionally you can also click on ‘+ Request feedback’ button to request feedback for yourself in that competency.
