In this article, we discuss how you can manage your 1:1s with your Manager and Peers.
To do the above:
Step 1: Navigate to manage team 1:1s
Mesh Home → Me → 1:1s → Choose intent 'I want to manage 1:1s'
Mesh Home → Me → 1:1s → Choose intent 'I want to manage 1:1s'
Step 2: The 1:1s Manage page will open, showing a list of your 1:1s with your manager and peers for a specified timeline.
The page shows the following data:
- Trends around key metrics of your 1:1s, viz. satisfaction score and completion percentage.
- An analysis of the themes covered in your 1:1, and the sentiment about the same, along with the extent of coverage.
- Key highlights of your 1:1s on Mesh, such as

- Average completion percentage: Computed as the simple average of the completion percentage of your 1:1s with all participants
- Average gap time between 1:1s: Computed as the simple average of the gap between two 1:1s throughout your 1:1 schedule
- A table of your 1:1s on Mesh with their important characteristics. The first column of the table carries a list of participants to whom you report to. The other columns carry details of your 1:1s with the participants in the first column. These are:

- Instance details (Date, day and time) of your next 1:1
- Completion percentage: Computed as the number of 1:1s completed as a percentage of the total number of 1:1s setup
- Average gap: The average gap between two completed 1:1s
- Topic Distribution: A percentage-wise distribution of all the agenda items added to the 1:1s, segregated by theme.
