Note:
This feature needs to be enabled for your organisation by the admins. If disabled, you will not be able to see the question at the end of your 1:1 instance
For 1:1s which are with your manager and skip manager you will be asked to rate the conversation which translates to a satisfaction score.
The question posed post a conversation is ‘On a scale of 1-5, how beneficial was your 1:1 meeting with your manager today?’ and you can then rate it on a 5-star scale.
Each time you rate a conversation this gets translated to a Satisfaction Score. The score indicates the quality and effectiveness of the 1:1 conversations as perceived by the individual.
This score is a great way for Leaders and HRs to gauge the effectiveness of 1:1 meetings. A High score will ideally indicate that the individual is pleased with the 1:1 meetings and that they are benefitting from the conversations. A low score would ideally indicate dissatisfaction.
