Creating a development plan for your team members is only part of the pie. Measuring their progress and nudging them in the right direction is the most important part of any development plan.
People managers on Mesh can simply view into their team members’ progress, both overall and on a particular competency. Here’s how to do it -
View a team member’s competency progress
Step 1: Navigate to your team’s competency page
Mesh Home → Team → Direct Team/Skip Team → Competencies → Choose intent 'I want to manage competencies'
Step 2: Here from the list of all team members, find the employee you’d like to view progress for
Click on their card show expanded view
The table here not only shows individual’s progress across all competencies and their overall progress, it also shows feedback they’ve received against each competency.
Step 3: You can also click on any competency for the individual’s competency panel to appear
Here, you can view their progress and previous comments in detail.
You can also do much more from within this panel such as share or request feedback for them, or check-in to their competencies etc.
