Viewing feedback on your team's competencies – Mesh.ai

Continuous feedback is a great tool for colleagues to share praise or advice. Managers can view feedback their team members receive. However, they can only view feedback with visibility set -

everybody else in the organisation (public)
only receiver and their manager (receiver and manager)
only manager (only manager)

That is they wouldn’t be able to see shared feedback that is set for only the receiver to see.

Here’s how to find feedback for on your team’s competencies

Step 1: Navigate to your team’s competency page

Mesh Home → Team → Direct Team/Skip Team → Competencies

Step 2: Here from the list of all team members, find the employee you’d like to view progress for

Click on their card show expanded view of their competencies.

Step 3: Click on the competency you’d like to view feedback for, this would open the competency side-panel for the same

Step 4: Scroll to the ‘Praise/Advice’ section in the panel

Here you can find all feedback your team member has received for the said competency. Additionally you can also click on ‘+ Share Feedback’ button to share feedback yourself for that competency.
