Connecting your HRIS with Mesh will save you from manually adding new employees or removing ex-employees from your Mesh dashboard. Any updates you make in your HRIS will automatically reflect in Mesh.

Required pre-requisites to integrate your HRIS
All HRIS vendors and their required details are clearly mentioned when integrating with Mesh. For example following details are required by HRIS vendors against them -
- Subdomain - BambooHR, Freshteam, Namely, Nmbrs, Sapling
- User ID & Password - HR Cloud, Hibob, Justworks, Lano, Sage HR, Square Payroll, Zenefits
- API Key - HR Partner, Humans.io, Rippling, UKG Pro
- OAuth Credentials - Paychex, Paylocity
- API Server URL - SuccessFactors
- Client ID & Secret - TriNet, Personio
Steps to acquire any relevant information for the integration would also be provided on the integration screen.
Integrating your HRIS with Mesh
Here’s how to integrate your HRIS with Mesh:
Step 1: Navigate to the HRIS sub-page in the Mesh plugin settings
Mesh Home → Company → HRIS, under Settings section
Step 2: Click on the blue ‘Install’ button
Step 3: A pop-up will appear stating the terms of service of Finch, click ‘Continue’ to proceed
Step 4: Review the data that will be shared by your HRIS with Mesh using Finch. Click on Continue
A list of 100+ HRIS providers supported by Finch will appear
Step 5: Select your HRIS provider from Finch’s list of available integrations
For instance, suppose you have Freshteam as your HRIS. Search for "Freshteam" and select the same
Step 6: Your HRIS provider will provide a step-wise guide to integrating the HRIS with Mesh by entering your account details
Complete the steps provided by your HRIS to integrate it with Mesh.
Note: Any updates made in your HRIS (like adding, updating, or deleting employees) are synced with your Mesh workspace once a week.
