Admins have the power to enable/disable sets of notifications or set default notification settings for their organisation. This includes enabling any notification channels (email, chat apps, bell notifications) and enabling on a granular level what notifications are delivered.

Enabling/disabling channels for notifications
Step 1: Navigate to your company’s notification settings
Mesh Home → Company → Notifications, under the Settings section
Step 2: From this page, select what notification channels you’d like to enable for your organisation
Please note some critical notifications are sent on email even if email as a notification channel is disabled. These notifications, such as triggered reminders for reviews, are marked on the notifications settings page.
Enabling/disabling notifications
Step 1: Navigate to your company’s notification settings
Mesh Home → Company → Notifications, under the Settings section
Step 2: In the lower half of the page, toggle notifications from the ‘What you get notified about’ section
Any changes that you make here would directly be saved as your organisation’s default settings. Employees in your organisations would still be able to make changes to their notification preferences.
However, some of these notifications, for example ones specific to a review cycle, can only be edited from their workflows (when creating a review cycle in this case).
