Agenda Points are pointers to discuss in 1:1 meetings which can be added, completed or deleted by either of the participants.
As a manager, it will be primarily up to you to set the context and agenda of the 1:1s for your team. You might ideally want to add the agendas beforehand and share them with your team.
With Mesh 1:1s, you can
- Add agenda points to your team’s 1:1
- Choosing pre-existing agenda points from our library. The library has both theme-based and life-cycle moment-based agenda points.
- Getting recommendations from Mesh Maven. These additional agenda points are based on what is discovered by Mesh Maven from your 1:1 call.
- Also, add notes to your agenda points. These notes can be both:

- Shared (visible to both participants)
- Private (visible only to you)
Adding agenda points
Step 1: Navigate to manage team 1:1s
Mesh Home → Team → Direct Team → 1:1s → Choose intent 'I want to manage 1:1s'

Step 2: The 1:1s Manage page will open, showing a list of your 1:1s with your team, for a specified timeline.
Step 3: Select the 1:1 series that you wish to edit. This will take you to the upcoming 1:1 instance.
Step 4: Select the 1:1 instance that you would be adding agenda points to. You can add agenda points to an upcoming, ongoing as well past instance. You can do this by clicking ‘Past 1:1s’ on the right draw and selecting the desired 1:1.
Step 5: Once on the 1:1 instance, click on the Add agenda point button to add an agenda point to the 1:1. You can simply type out the agenda point in the blank, hit the Return/Enter key and your agenda point will automatically get saved.
You can also add Private (visible only to you) and Shared Notes (visible to you and the other participant of the 1:1) to the Agenda point to outline the discussion in further detail.

Admin Agenda Points
There may be certain pre-added agenda points to your 1:1 that have been marked as “Added by Admin.
These are the agenda points added by your Admin for employees that they think should be discussed on certain lifecycle moments.
These appear in your 1:1s on the top and cannot be deleted or reordered.
Managing Agenda Points
- Completing and Deleting an Agenda Point

- Mark the agenda point as complete by ticking the check box on the left.
- To delete an agenda point, click on the kebab menu (፧) on the right and click on [Delete Agenda].

- You can reorder points as per your preference by clicking and dragging on the 6 dots (
) on left of the agenda point

Note: You can only order regular agenda points and not admin-added agenda points.
We recommend you drive your 1:1s towards precision by adding agenda points to the same on Mesh.
