You no longer need to rely on scattered notes and missing agendas to keep your conversations flowing. Maven transcribes calls, auto-populates key agenda points and initiatives, and recommends topics for the next 1:1 without anyone lifting a finger.
Note: You would be able to access Mesh Maven only if AI features are enabled for your workspace. To enable the same, get in touch with our team at support@mesh.ai.
Mesh Maven recommendations can be found when you view a particular 1:1 instance. To get to the instance:
Step 1: Navigate to manage team 1:1s
Mesh Home → Team → Direct Team → 1:1s → Choose intent 'I want to manage 1:1s'
Mesh Home → Team → Direct Team → 1:1s → Choose intent 'I want to manage 1:1s'
Step 2: The 1:1s Manage page will open, showing a list of your 1:1s with your team, for a specified timeline.
Step 3: Select the 1:1 series that you wish to view. This will take you to the latest 1:1 instance.
Transcribing Meetings (Calls) to capture & recommend agenda points
In case you have Mesh Maven, our AI-powered co-pilot enabled for your workspace, it may suggest certain agenda points to be added to your past 1:1s based on the conversation analyzed by the Mesh Transcribe Bot.
On the top of the Agenda section you will see ‘Agenda points identified by Mesh Maven’.
Listed below will be agenda points which you can add by clicking on ‘Add to Agenda’
Once the agenda is added you will see that the added agenda point states ‘Add by Mesh Maven’ below it. You can continue to add notes to the agenda point and even mark it as complete by ticking the checkbox in front of it.
Transcribing Meetings (Calls) to capture & recommend initiatives
In case you have Mesh Maven, our AI-powered co-pilot enabled for your workspace, it may suggest you certain initiatives to be added to your past 1:1s based on the conversation analyzed by the Mesh Transcribe Bot.
On the top of the Initiatives section you will see ‘Initiatives identified by Mesh Maven’.
Listed below will be initiatives which you can add by clicking on ‘Add to Initiatives’
Once the initiative is added you can continue to edit it and even mark it as complete by ticking the checkbox in front of it.
Recommending Topics based on past 1:1s
Mesh Maven assesses the past 1:1s the agenda points, notes, initiatives and recommends topics for which you can add agenda points to an upcoming conversation.
On the top of the Agenda section you will see the topic recommendation from Mesh Maven.
By clciking on any of the topics the Mesh Agenda Library will open up to show you suggested agenda points related to the topic.
You can add the agenda points you feel are relevant for the upcoming conversation.
