Often while you are participating in a 1:1 you need to refer to the previous conversations; their agenda, notes or initiatives. The Past 1:1s which have been completed or cancelled can be found on Mesh within the respective 1:1 series.
Accessing Past 1:1s
Step 1: Navigate to manage team 1:1s
Mesh Home → Team → Direct Team → 1:1s → Choose intent 'I want to manage 1:1s'
Mesh Home → Team → Direct Team → 1:1s → Choose intent 'I want to manage 1:1s'
Step 2: The 1:1s Manage page will open, showing a list of your 1:1s with your team, for a specified timeline.
Step 3: Select the 1:1 series that you wish to view. This will take you to the upcoming 1:1 instance.
Step 4: Select the 1:1 instance for which you would like to see the past instances. This will take you to the instance page showing you the latest 1:1 instance.
Step 5: To see any of the past 1:1 go to the right draw and click on the Past 1:1 section.
This will open up a list of completed and cancelled 1:1s
You will see them in the order of latest to oldest.
Step 6: Click on the 1:1 instance you wish to see. This will open that particular 1:1 instance.
You will now be able to view the full details of the 1:1 instance.
