Admins and managers on Mesh can send reminder notifications to employees in case any of their reviews are pending.
These notifications are not available to send in case -
- The reviewer has already submitted their form for the said review
- Due date for the review type has already passed
- Dotted line managers do not have the option to nominate any reviewers for their dotted line reports
- Admins or managers cannot notify themselves in case they have a pending review for an employee
Notify employees one at a time
Step 1: Navigate to Team (as manager), Organisation Tree (as skip manager), or Company (as admin) based on your use case
Navigate to team reviews - Mesh home → Team → Direct reports → Reviews → Choose intent 'I want to manage reviews'
Navigate to skip team reviews - Mesh home → Team → Skip reports → Reviews → Choose intent 'I want to manage reviews'
Step 2: From the list of employees in the review cycle, locate the employee you’d like to notify reviewers for
Make sure you’re looking at the correct review cycle, you can switch between review cycles from the dropdown on top of the Team, Organisation Tree, or Company pages
Step 3: Clicking on their name should open the ‘Review Panel’ for them, specific to that review
Step 4: Locate the reviewer type and reviewer you would like to notify
From the action dropdown against their name, click on notify
A success message should appear on a toast on your screen, indicating the notification was sent successfully.
