Peer categories
The admin in your organisation can set rules for peer nominations, such as requiring a minimum or maximum number of nominations and mandating nominations across different categories:
- Leadership: Nominate colleagues who are above your level in the organization tree. This category recognises those who provide strategic direction and guidance.
- Direct Team: Nominate peers who work directly with you in your team. This category acknowledges teamwork and collaboration within your immediate work environment.
- Internal Stakeholders: Nominate colleagues who are not part of your direct team but have a significant impact on your work, such as cross-functional collaborators. This category appreciates collaboration across different departments or teams.
- Team Peers: Nominate peers from various teams within your organization. This category emphasizes networking and recognizing contributions from a diverse set of colleagues.
These categories help ensure a comprehensive and balanced approach to peer nominations, highlighting different aspects of collaboration and leadership within the organization.
Notification
When a nomination, peer or dotted line manager, is made the nominee is notified of the action. This happens across channels on-platform (Bell Notification) and off-platform (Email, Slack/MS Teams).
