Questions are the most basic building blocks for any review cycle. Question library is like a ‘bookshelf’ where all questions are stored, and can be accessed to be used in a review cycle. This helps keep the review process simple and consistent every time.
Mesh offers an array of sample questions that you can use as well as the ability to create your own questions.
Navigating to question library
Step 1: Navigate to Question Library
Navigation - Mesh Home → Company → Reviews → Choose intent 'I want to configure review cycles for my organization'
Active vs Archived questions
Questions that are either in use in a review cycle or that can be searched through and selected to be used in a review are called ‘active questions’ on Mesh. Admins can choose to retire previously used questions by archiving them, these are then referred to as ‘archived questions’. These retired questions cannot be used in a review unless unarchived.
Review questions can be added to the Question Library or directly to the review template in use. Questions that are added to review templates directly are also automatically saved in the library. Similarly, questions that are added to the library can also be used in templates.
