The ‘Reviewee’ section in the review creation flow is where you add participants in a review cycle. You can also customise the review cycle in such a way that different groups of review participants experience the review cycle differently. This can be used in multiple ways - when setting review cycles for teams in different geographies, when setting for different teams, or when setting review cycles for leadership teams differently than others.
Adding all employees to a review cycle
You can create review cycles that include all employees of your organisation on Mesh as participants. Simply select the ‘All Employees’ option in the ‘Reviewee’ section.
For ease, you would also see total number of employees that would be added to the review cycle against the option.
Using ‘Views’ to add participants
If you’re new to views, you can learn how to create and manage views here.
You can add one or more subsets of employees from your organisation to a review cycle. You can also choose to differently customise review settings for a particular subset. This is to enable different subsets to experience review cycles differently.
If you already have pre-created views, you can choose one or more of them to add participants to the review cycle. Or you can create views at the time of creating the review cycle by clicking ‘Create View’.

Custom settings for different ‘View’s
As mentioned above, different views or groups of employees
What happens to settings if an employee is part of two groups, with different settings?
