Calibration settings

For questions where employees choose numeric scores on a scale, their selected values contribute to calculating the overall score. However, for text-based questions, admins can assign numerical values to each text option. These numerical values are then used in the calculation of overall scores. This flexibility allows admins to effectively incorporate both numeric and text responses into the performance evaluation process.

If the rating scales vary across elements in the templates, we'll start by standardizing all scores (rebasing) and then calculate the overall score based on the scale selected in this section. This ensures consistency and fairness in evaluating performance across different elements.
